2. Description of Service

Paperwall is a wallpaper delivery service that allows users to subscribe to curated wallpaper feeds and automatically update their device wallpapers via iOS Shortcuts. The service is provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use Paperwall, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Redistribute or resell wallpapers from our feeds
• Abuse the API or shortcut endpoints

5. Intellectual Property

Wallpapers provided through Paperwall feeds are for personal use only. The rights to individual wallpapers remain with their respective creators or licensors. You may not use wallpapers for commercial purposes without appropriate permissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Paperwall is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or device issues.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
